Weather changes, puddles, wet students
Hello M.V. Beattie Families,
December is upon us and the weather is giving our school and students an adventure. Yesterday it was cold and windy, today it was warm and there were moments of blue sky. We had some days of snow and many days of rain. As a result, we are experiencing an increasing number of puddes, wet areas and muddy conditions. With this comes wet students!

You may have noticed your child coming home in different pants then they went to school in. This means that they got so wet at lunch or recess that we had to provide them with dry clothes. Respectfully, we suggest that you include a change of dry clothes in your childs backpack, just in case.
We are asking that you help us encourage students to stay out of the wetlands, to avoid playing in the puddles, splashing each other, or engaging in other activities that make them or others really wet (even though they are fun things to do). Morning announcements will start to include this messaging tomorrow.
